ECO-IEST: Human activities and fossil fuels are devastating our planet. We need to take drastic and immediate action. This year and decade are crucial if we are going to stop runaway climate chaos. There are more frequent and severe extreme weather events from hurricanes, floods, forest fires to droughts and sea level rise. Increasingly there will be areas of the world too hot to live in. Disease vectors are spreading with rising temperatures. Ecological and agricultural systems could break down and possibly lead to mass starvation.

The variety of life on earth is not spread evenly, but is concentrated in very special places. Studies have shown that species with the smallest geographical ranges, such as those found on mountains, islands, and forest fragments are the most threatened with extinction and are most likely to be more severely affected by climate change.

ECO-IEST is organising International WEBinar on EARTH DAY on 21, 22 and 23 of April 2020 and in this occasion Mr. Spencer Thomas, Consultant St. George, Grenada is supposed to speak on this issue.
The Webinar is FREE, and Participants can login as GUEST and you can join the webinar at: https://webinar.khanehkarafarini.com/ch/earthday
