Nature Conservation Policies
ECO-IEST: To regain ground and confidence nature conservation needs policies that support rewilding. Rewilding is the biggest, most exciting idea to emerge in conservation since the 1970s. The challenge now is to create the spaces within conservation policy and politics where rewilding ideas can find expression, gain traction and be tested.

Humans dependence on nature is beyond doubt one of the most powerful evidence that supports the thesis of environmental protection. This relation is manifold and it was approached in various frameworks. Although this topic is among the top priorities in environmental policymaking, the progresses recorded to date are not reflecting this position. 

ECO-IEST is organising International WEBinar on EARTH DAY on 21, 22 and 23 of April 2020 and in this occasion Prof. Alfred Oteng-Yeboah from University of Ghana Legon, Ghana is supposed to speak on this issue.
